Summary:
Cook Children's has a new Senior Recruiter opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for multiple functions in the Talent Acquisition process, including candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction. You will:
- identify recruitment markets and strategies
- perform candidate sourcing
- recommend appropriate advertising,
- facilitate the hiring process.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full hiring process, from applicant screening to onboarding, for your assigned areas of responsibility. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition management team, including the mentoring and training of new recruiters and teaching talent acquisition classes for staff and manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of work experience in human resources & recruitment required. May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of education and/or experience stated above.
- Experience with application tracking systems (ATS), resume mining, and behavioral interviewing. Healthcare experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a plus
