Summary:
Cook Children's Senior Recruiter is responsible for multiple functions in the Talent Acquisition process, including candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction. The Senior Recruiter will identify recruitment markets and strategies, perform candidate sourcing, recommend appropriate advertising, and facilitate the hiring process.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full hiring process, from applicant screening to onboarding, for your assigned areas of responsibility. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition management team, including the mentoring and training of new recruiters. A Senior Recruiter at Cook Children's is responsible for teaching management training classes, as needed.

This is a hybrid position. You will be working daily in the office during the training period.
Education:
- Minimum of five years of work experience in human resources & recruitment required. May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of education and/or experience stated above
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with application tracking systems (ATS), resume mining, and behavioral interviewing
Certification/Licensure:
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a plus
