Summary:
The Clinical Coordinator I has the ability to articulate a compelling, actionable vision for the unit/department. He or she facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes quality patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator I has the authority, accountability, and responsibility for the management of patient care within his/her respective areas. Areas of responsibility will include nursing practice, physician relations, personnel management, staff development and positive customer relations. This position will demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills within the department of oversight.

Education & Experience:
- BSN Preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in Gynecology preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- Current Texas RN Licensure
- Current PALS
- CPR Card
Hours:
- Tuesday to Friday: 7:00am to 5:30pm
