Summary:
This position is accountable for performing quality MRI and/or CT exams through the application of advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strict attention to patient care. This position is accountable for providing expertise for all ages from neonatal/newborn to adults. The patient acuity ranges from stable outpatients to critically ill patients on full life support.
Education:
- Graduation from accredited program in Radiological Technology
- 2-3 years MRI/CT experience preferred, pediatric experience is desirable
- Possess a level of clinical expertise and competency in cross sectional anatomy

Certification/Licensure:
- Must be ARRT(R)(MR) registered
- ARRT (MRI)(CT) preferred, requires TMB Licensure within 90 days.
- Must be ARRT (CT) registered or enrolled in an approved registry program registry completed within 18 months of hire
- Texas licensed Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist
- AHA Certification
