Summary:
The Lead, Marketing Representative will take a lead role in CCHP Medicaid and CHIP membership growth and retention. Ensures department compliance with HHSC Marketing policies and procedures.

Demonstrates decision making and problem solving skills, including collecting and analyzing information and development of alternative courses of action. Must be a subject expert on presenting, promoting, and marketing our programs to all interested individuals, groups, community organizations, healthcare professionals, etc. Develop presentations to various target audiences. Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with community contacts. Collaborates and coordinates efforts with the Manager, Access & Delivery Management on tracking, reporting, and special projects as assigned. Serves as a Liaison between team, Manager, and other department managers to coordinate efforts to promote CCHP.

Education & Experience:
- High School or Equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. In lieu of bachelor's degree five (5) years of directly related experience.
- A minimum of four (4) years successful Marketing and/or Outreach experience for a health plan or community-based organization with specific experience in Medicaid/CHIP managed care marketing, public relations, outreach, event planning, social work, or other related positions.
- Knowledge of the communities served by CCHP: Denton, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Tarrant, and Wise counties of Texas.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Preferred No testing requirement.
Certification/Licensure:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable motor vehicle.
- This position requires travel within the CCHP service area which is Denton, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Tarrant and Wise counties of Texas.
