Summary:

The Manager of Reporting plays a critical role in supporting the CCPN Director of Reporting by overseeing the preparation of financial and compensation reports. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data related to department-specific and physician-specific reporting for >1,000 CCPN clinicians.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (or similar) is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required, or experience commensurate with skillset to fulfill tasks above.
  • Healthcare experience and previous supervisory/management experience is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Assist the Director of Reporting in coordinating month-end processes and ensuring the timely completion of financial reports.
  • Monitoring reporting processes and programs to ensure enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain data management tools and processes to automate reporting, enhance data analysis, and improve efficiency. Including overseeing database maintenance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • • versee the transition of data management processes when needed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration. Collaborate with the IT department to establish protocols for ongoing database maintenance and accuracy checks.
  • Provides support to CCPN Finance Department leadership with data and reporting structure for internal and external reporting. This includes but is not limited to auditing, budgeting and survey data.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to provide ad hoc data to support decision-making for VPs, operations directors, and practice managers.
  • Must be able to lead projects and be comfortable coordinating and communicating with all levels of the organization

  • Must be reliable, timely, and follow through on tasks until completed
  • Analytical ability required to evaluate and interpret financial, statistical, revenue cycle, and operational data in order to make sound and objective recommendations for operationally strategic options.
  • Proficient in financial reporting software and advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA and macros.
  • Proficient with database management and maintenance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to evaluate highly complex performance data and determine if objective are being met.
