Summary:

The Family Support Services Manager provides leadership, program oversight and staff supervision related to the day-to-day operations of services that enable a caring onsite patient family experience at Prosper through supportive programs and nurturing collaborative relationships.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a child life specialist.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in child life practice, staff leadership and development, program administration, interdisciplinary collaboration, family-centered care, and patient experience initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Life, Child Development, or related field.
  • Completion of a child life internship.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

  • Certified Child Life Specialist
