Summary:
The Information Services (IS) Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for developing, conducting, and evaluating department training programs. This position works independently as a change agent whose efforts are focused on developing and improving staff's IS related skills. The I.S. Staff Development Coordinator will oversee management of department policies and standard operating procedures in compliance with established best practices. The Coordinator facilitates interdepartmental communications. This position requires an education professional with knowledge of multiple computer applications, experience in training, curriculum development, and technical writing. This position demonstrates excellent organizational, detail oriented, and time-management abilities. The position manages exceptional professional interpersonal communication skills, collaborates well with teams, and demonstrates good customer relation skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years direct experience trainer.
- 1 year experience computer or technology training.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Familiarity with Healthcare Industry is a plus
- Experience with learning management systems is preferred
- Experience with software and web development preferred
