Summary:
Manages and supervises clinical and administrative functions of the nursing team, both internal coordinators and external field team members.
• versees Quality Assurance activities and provides team Education and Training. Assists in implementing company-wide Strategic Initiatives and on-going Service and Quality Improvement activities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- 3 years of Adult Home Health experience required.
- 1 year of supervisory experience required.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
- Current Texas RN licensure required.
- Current Texas Driver's License in good standing required.
- Current CPR Certification required.
