Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist (CRT) will administers respiratory services to the homebound patient including clinical application of ventilation, oxygen, suction, and apnea monitoring. Ensures proper respiratory care is provided to patients through instruction of patient/family, direct care and follow up. Member of healthcare team providing integrated services to the patient.
Education & Experience:
- Must be a graduate of 1 or 2-year technical program with at least one year of clinical respiratory experience.
- Must possess effective communication and strong clinical assessment skills.
- RRT preferred
Certification/Licensure:
- CRT (NBRC)Licensed
- Respiratory Care Practitioner in State of Texas
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- CPR
This position is based in the Houston area.*
