Summary:
Manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies and clinical services. Provides information to customers about company products and services. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company to resolve account or service problems. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to billing department to ensure clean claims. Responsible for mentoring and training Patient Service Coordinator I.

Education:
Minimum Education: High School or equivalent.Minimum Experience: 1 year Home Health Patient Service Coord. ICustomer; medical terminology; clerical skills.
