Summary:
The Patient Service Coord I will manage patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provides information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims.
Education & Experience:
- High School or equivalent.
- 1 year Customer Service and 4 to 6 months clerical skills required.
- Medical terminology strongly preferred.
- Work well under pressure and in high stress situations preferred.
- Attention to detail.
