Summary:

The 340B Specialist is a member of the Finance team responsible for the day-to-day program operations and compliance of the 340B Drug Discount Program. Serving as the program's subject matter expert, the Specialist ensures program integrity while developing and delivering reporting that measures the financial performance and overall organizational impact. This role supports automated processes, performs routine auditing and ensures ongoing compliance with all applicable 340B regulations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in pharmacy or a role specializing in 340B.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:

  • PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Texas State Board Pharmacy Technician registration.
