Job Description
We are looking for you, a Technical Regulations Coordinator UX R&D (m/f/diverse), to support our area Business Area Automotive at the location Babenhausen.

As the Technical Regulations Coordinator UX R&D, you will drive the success of technical compliance in UX R&D. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of technical compliance (tC) regulations management in R&D for all technical compliance categories through roll out of the tC obligations systems for product requirements, and organize relevant communication and training
  • Ensuringavailability of relevant regulations and/or standards for projects and for affected departments and their concerned processes
  • Implementation / updatingcurrent development processes related to tC obligations
  • Monitoring performance of tC in projects
  • Informing and obtaining confirmation that the relevant regulations and/or standards have been received and understood as mandatory requirements by project managers and process manager. Advisingand providingdirection to product groups for technical compliance and supporting clarification of regulations when the need arises
  • Supporting Technical Regulations Experts (TRE) to inform affected stakeholders on regulatory and standardization intentions and to assess the impact on their operations
  • Supporting the UX tC head in matters of tC clearing and case management
  • Contribution to efficiency and effectiveness improvements in process automation for technical regulations' management
  • Implementing reporting system of technical compliance status of projects

Qualifications
  • Academic degree in science, engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of working experience in R&D or Quality, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in technical regulation's management dealing with product safety, product conformity, product cybersecurity & privacy, product environmental compliance
  • Experience in database management and data handling (e.g., document management systems, requirement engineering, homologation, and product approval)
  • Basic knowledge of the vehicle architecture
  • Advanced knowledge in legal technical regulations / standards and their management for related products (incl. services, software, and digital services)
  • Advanced knowledge in requirements elicitation, analysis, and development
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Profound coordination and communication skills, withfocus on collaboration with international teams
  • Analytical and structured workstyle, model compliance with administration rules
