Job Description
- Operations Manager overall job is to oversee all supply and distribution matters.
- He/she is in charge of monitoring the movement of products and services, as to ensure they are delivered on schedule, meeting customer requirements, and at a reasonable rate. Operations Manager may also manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance standards.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain the appropiate resources to provide an effective supply chain. Establishes KPIs for measuring and evaluating factors affecting the supply chain and apply the required actions and strategies.
- Develops and maintains detailed product inventories. Analyzes current inventories and procedures, suggests improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and profitability for the company.
- Ensuring operations in the department are implemented based on established procedures; in compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and with relevant laws and regulations. Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and followed by his/her team.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree: Administration,Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
- Advanced English
- Experience:
- As a Supply Chain Manager for 5years
- As a Sr. Team leader at least 5 years
- Developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
- Knowledge:
- Supply chain processes.
- Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication and negotiation skills.
- Industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements
