  • Coordination of Supplier Quality Activities with BA Plant Supplier Quality
  • Interface Function to Group Sector Supplier Quality Management
  • Coordination of the operational Supplier Quality Planning within the BA
  • Coordination of Supplier Performance Management and Improvement (incl. Supplier Escalations)
  • Drive improvement Projects with Plant Supplier Quality
  • Definition of CT Supplier Quality Requirements
  • Coordination/control/execution of CT Supplier Audit Management
  • Control and coordination of CT Supplier Escalations
  • Control/execution of Supplier Quality Planning (APQP & PPAP-tracking)
  • Monitoring & Improvement of Supplier Quality Performance
  • In collaboration with the respective CentralSQM (coordinator of plant SQA)

Qualifications
  • Technical Degree, e.g. in the field of Engineering, Production Technology,
  • 5 years of Management experience preferably in Quality or Manufacturing
  • 3 years of professional experience and methodological competence in the field of Quality Management
  • Supplier communication experience
  • At least 5 years experience in technical problem solving, customer requeriments application
  • Strong leadership skills (team skills, conflict, management, networking)
  • Experience with intercultural communication (eg. internally across locations, international customers, international suppliers).
