Supplier Performance and Escalation Manager APAC

Job Description
As a member of Quality (Business Area Surface Solutions), you are responsible to lead Supplier Improvement Programs and the Supplier Escalations at worldwide Serial Production Material Suppliers, ensure contract robustness of worldwide Production Material Suppliers, you lead the worldwide Production Material Introduction Process and support R&D Department in Developing new Production Materials, you also plan, lead and perform audits at worldwide Production Material Suppliers.

  • Further Improvement and Development of WW Serial Production Material Suppliers
  • Perform the ContiTech Supplier Escalation Process in the BA
  • Implementation of the ContiTech General Quality Agreement Approach
  • Creation and Implementation of Category Quality Requirements
  • Creation, Implementation and Perform the Production Material Process
  • Perform the Advanced Product Quality Planning Process with WW Production Material Suppliers in defined complex projects
  • Plan, lead, perform and review audits at WW Production Material Suppliers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Engineering, Production Technology, Economics or Business Administration with strong quality mindset
  • Professional experience (min. 3 years)
  • VDA 6.3 Auditor
  • Deep understanding of supplier production processes (e.g. knitting, ...)
  • Experience in technical problem solving and risk management
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making competence
  • Competency ins supplier communication and conflict management
  • International project management experience and ability to manage and facilitate change across multiple sites and teams
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement combined with the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
