THE POSITION
Responsible for all Maintenance functions within the plant. Supervise maintenance workers in electrical and mechanical work skills. Responsible for scheduled and emergency work assignments, direct supervision while work is being performed and follow up to ensure quality and completeness of work performed. Responsible for monitoring labor and material costs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
AAS Degree in a technical field preferred or High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of supervisory experience in Industrial Maintenance required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Continental is not able to offer visa support
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical or electrical factory floor troubleshooting experience in manufacturing.
Supervisor training course.
