Job Description

• Management of the test and release process of our manufacturing apps
• Cooperation with other team members in the global team to create and design testing strategies
• Enhancement of automatic testing framework
• Analysis of the test results
• Definition and evaluation of QA metrics and acceptance criteria
• Responsibility and management of testing environment and data sets
• Mentoring colleagues in software testing
• Interesting and diverse development work in an international multicultural team in 6 locations around the globe
• Opportunity to travel globally

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, as communication is key to the success of our projects
• A proactive approach to work and colleagues - we like people who are not afraid to take initiative and be creative
• Ability to communicate in English - working with an international team is our daily reality
• It would be great if you have experience:
  • With programming simple applications or automated tests
  • With informal team management
  • Although it is not essential, we take advantage of experience with agile development/DevOps/project management and/or other tools used in SW development and testing (MS SQL, JENKINS, GitHub, JIRA, GIT, DOCKER, ...)
