- Accountable for Leading Solution Archtiects in Operations Area of IMp@CT Project
- Collaboratedirectly with Functional Team Lead Experts and challengeSolution Design
- Responsible for one global ContiTech SAP Template solution
- Repsonsible for all core SAP PP/QM/PM manufacturing processes and supporting Master Data
- PP includes: MRP, plant production scheduling, production reporting, consumption reporting, plant automations, etc.
- QM includes: Quality measurements in manfucaturing process, Quality checks on inventory dispositioning, etc.
- PM includes: Plant Preventive Maintenance plans, Work Center maintience items, etc.
- Supporting Master Data:Bill of Materials, Routings, Product costing support, etc.
- Dual Career path: Leading Leaders, Solution Architect of ContiTech SAP Global Template
- Establish Direct collaboartion with Contitech Central functions to support Business transformation Initiatives (SCM, Operations, Quality)

Qualifications
- Academic degree in Information Technologies or Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Multiple years of experience in SAP configuration for PP/QM/PM,business knowledge related to Financial Reporting, Controlling,basic knowledge of related modules, MM, SD, WM, FI/CO, ABAP
- Several years of leadership experience
- Ability to develop business and IT/SAP strategies and concepts
- Ability to provide IT expertise to the application areas or to visualize requirements from IT concepts
- Project management experience, dealing with complex requirements and challenging timelines
- Experience in the field of "leading of virtual / global teams" and experience in cooperation with different cultures
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams of diversecultural background, respectful and proactivel managing teams strengths and synergies
