Our multinational, diverse team of technologists, mathematicians and business pros provides technology solutions to ensure that the more than 140 million tires Continental sells globally every year are produced and end up in the right place at the right time.
The team uses artificial intelligence, machine learning and advanced analytics to forecast customer demand and plan our global tire production. We're ultimately focused on the customer experience and the continuous improvement of our supply chain.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:
- Designing, building and implementing supply chain planning solutions (based on Blue Yonder ESP/SCPO)in varying scale that transforms business requirements into business value
- Performing and coordinating the entire software development process from design, build, test, bug fixing, documentation up to release management and deployment
- Ensuring service operations along agreed service level agreements
- Ensuring on-time completion of critical planning workflows
- Continuous improvement ofsolution performance and robustness

Qualifications
- Academic degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of work experience with Blue Yonder ESP / SCPO solutions ina technical role
- Several years of work experience with Blue Yonder solutions for forecast netting (Order Promiser, OP) and Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) in a technical role beneficial
- Several years of work experience in IT projects being responsible for work packages and work streams
- Comprehensive knowledge of Linux environments, shell scripting and oracle database programming (PL/SQL)
- A passion for high quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Open to travel around 10% internationally
