Position Summary

The Sr. Director, Supply Chain and Ops Solutions Lead is accountable for the delivery of Business outcomes of our Supply chain organization with a portfolio of products in support of the back-office process in the Global Supply Chain and Operations functions. These include End to End Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Planning, Production to Inventory and Warehouse Management. We are looking for a proven leader who can help business re-imagine Supply chain capabilities by working with peers around the business. This role will define and execute the 3-year technology strategy, vision and goals for the portfolio and will drive development of initiatives for achieving them. The role will lead business executive engagement with Functional business stakeholders across all lines of business.

Accountable for 'building the right product' for the business and ensuring that the product strategy and deliverables align with business goals, market feedback and customer needs that measure against pre-defined metrics of success.

The Sr. Director, Supply Chain and Ops Solutions Lead is a credible, experienced product leader. Decisions are based on a solid foundation of insight and data and the role is skilled at partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization and Industry. Leads a direct team of Product Line Leaders and Product Mangers and indirectly leads the corresponding Product Owners to drive a culture of mutual accountability, innovation and success. Partners with software vendors, such as SAP and O9 to drive future state roadmaps applicable to the industry and ensure CBI needs are embedded in future state releases of platforms. Is a vocal leader within the user group community and is knowledgeable of the vendor's release strategy/roadmap. Brings industry knowledge to business process in the Supply Chain and Operations functions and can lead IT strategy that is ahead of business needs.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leader who can manage vendor and dotted line reporting relationships
  • A strategic thinker focused on business value results that utilize technical solutions.
  • Experienced in ERP Delivery, ideally SAP S4 Hana, SAP TMS and O9, or similar planning systems/modules across the function
  • Has a good functional knowledge of advanced analytical models and AI/ML applications in the supply chain domain
  • Highly experienced in leading Product Management and continuous agile delivery in Supply chain
  • Experience creating product strategies and gaining support for proposals
  • Highly Data-driven and analytical and experienced in data driven product development
  • Skilled at managing/influencing senior stakeholders in a large organization up to Exec level
  • Prioritizes and demonstrate a clear sense of business and customer value
  • Experience of actual or shadow P&L responsibility and functional budget
  • Can create compelling business cases including cost estimation and benefits
  • Able to work under pressure and make pragmatic decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Engagement Lead for Beer and W/S Supply Chain and Operations Executive team that represents strategic business needs and IT Roadmaps.
  • Accountable for the success of the Supply Chain and Operations portfolio, defining the strategic direction, tracing success, and leading an empowered effective Product team.
  • Accountable for setting the long-term (12 month, 6 quarter and 3 year) product strategy and roadmap, identifying and justifying new ideas to meet business goals.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure cross functional views that facilitate synergies across MES systems and Backend Production to Inventory.
  • Partnering with Value Realization Office to measure the outcome of the portfolio investment and providing proper business justification for continued improvements.
  • Identifies, validates, and documents business requirements for enhancements and new ideas to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Sets the product strategy and vision, working with senior commercial, technology and business peers within Global Supply Chain and Operations functions.
  • Beverage Alcohol/CPG Industry Leader who uses data and insights to support fast, effective decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of products, both within the SAP landscape and those applications that deliver against Industry Best in Class
  • Works collaboratively with other business functions to build support for new propositions and obtain buy-in and support for new initiatives.
  • Manages Supply Chain and Operations Team portfolio budget and optimizes value on investment.
  • Leads Product Teams across Order to Cash, Production to Inventory, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Planning, while partnering cross functionally with Commercial, Finance and Corporate for an overall view of future state.
  • Experience with Enterprise Systems and Solutions Architecture that incorporates: SOX Compliance, Security, Data Management, and Integrations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Agile framework and implementation of concepts and best practices
  • 8+ years of working as a Product Manager or Head of Product with Agile development teams
  • 2 Tier ERP Experience
  • Experience in O9 and/or SAP Hana Implementations and Product Delivery
  • Experience with TMS and WMS processes, systems, and modules.
  • Experience and deep knowledge of CPG and Supply Chain Industry
  • Experience working in a global commercial business with remote teams
  • Experience of line-management and coaching team members
  • Vendor Management, Near Shore and Off-Shore
  • 10+ years of experience facilitating development and implementation of business initiatives/projects
  • Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems (globally, or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company)
  • Experience designing and implementing integrated solutions, including managing delivery partners
  • Experience defining solution and integration architecture within enterprise architecture guidelines

The salary range for this role is:
$168,700.00 - $281,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
