Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Brand Finance will be responsible for brand financial management across Marketing Finance. This role will provide the candidate with an opportunity to provide financial insights through an elevated level of Marketing partnership. Key responsibilities include providing financial insight into brand investments and assist in the month-end closing activities. The role will be responsible for advancing financial acumen & discipline within the marketing organization by forging strong partnerships which elevate focus on product financial management & business performance.
In addition, your understanding of Constellation Brands as a company and the Beverage Alcohol industry will be enhanced through various projects and cross-collaboration.

Marketing Finance Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to):
- Provide financial support, including month-end close reporting, accurate forecasts, & annual planning for the beer marketing organization. Expense variance analysis & business performance reporting, inclusive of actionable insights, are key responsibilities of this role.
- Work collaboratively with CBI's Finance and Marketing teams to execute critical financial processes & continuously improve existing processes for greater efficiency & to best satisfy changing priorities of the business.
- Specific month-end activities during the last week of the month/first week of the following will be: hosting month-end calls for teams supporting, reviewing JE's, assisting in forecast submissions, and any ad hoc requests.
- Responsible for the following teams: Trade, Field BU, and L&E teams, supporting the Brand activation side of the business.
- Be a strategic business partner to our marketing stakeholders.
Reporting Relationship:
- This role will report directly into Manager - Marketing Finance
Required Qualifications:
- Experienced qualified financial professional with extensive (2-5 years) experience in a relevant commercial environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance), required, MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- Strong financial analysis & accounting background
- Strong business orientation, with understanding of the key drivers, issues, constraints etc. of the business
- Significant experience engaging effectively with senior management within a global, matrixed, regulated environment, with ability to influence and counsel business partners on key financial concepts
- Ability to understand/deal with complex issues and implement practical and innovative solutions to challenges
- Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to present at senior management level
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced complex environment
- Highly proficient use of Excel & PowerPoint

The salary range for this role is:
$80,400.00 - $120,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor.
