Position Summary

We are looking to bring aboard a Manager Digital Sales Excellence at Constellation Brands. Reporting into the Director Digital of DTC and digital strategy, this role will be responsible for empowering the DTC sales teams with the knowledge, tools and resources required to drive online sales and enhance customer service.

Working closely alongside the Digital insights team, this role will also build and inform DTC marketing initiatives and optimize sales funnels to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning and Development :
    • Partner with loyalty sales team to Develop and implement DTC sales and marketing campaigns. Consult on ideation, execution and optimization.
    • Oversee and optimize various campaign types, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
    • Implement promotional strategies and optimize sales funnels.


  • E-commerce Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., clicks, impressions, conversions, ROI).
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
    • Generate reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of Eccom campaigns.
    • Communicate campaign progress and performance to stakeholders.
  • Best Practices & Training:
    • Identify and implement best practices for e-commerce operations.
    • Create and execute strategies to improve sales performance
    • Develop training programs for employees on e-commerce processes and tools.
    • Serve as a point of contact and resource for e-commerce related questions and issues.
    • Identify and address knowledge gaps within the loyalty sales team to ensure they are equipped to succeed in the e-commerce environment.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • 5+ experience working in Direct to Consumer sales, marketing or management
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills .
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Proficiency in relevant e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Experience in managing various digital marketing channels
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets .

The salary range for this role is:
$96,500.00 - $205,500.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
