Internship Summary

We seek dynamic and motivated interns to join our Finance team for the summer of 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of finance disciplines within one of the fastest-growing consumer products companies in the industry.

Interns will work on impactful projects that support Constellation's financial operations and strategic goals. Successful candidates will gain exposure to financial systems, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while developing a strong foundation in corporate finance.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Assist in the development and execution of financial models and business cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and process improvements
  • Participate in data automation and transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to compliance and audit-related tasks
  • Research industry trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Open to students of all academic years; preference given to current juniors and seniors
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and financial operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial systems or data tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment in both virtual and in-person formats

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

The salary range for this role is:

$19.00- $29.50 an hour

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
