Resumen

The Mexico Sr Manager is responsible for the management of the Mexcio P&L, and to provide the tools, resources, processes, and support that enhances the team's efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for the tactical execution of the commercial strategy, achieving profitable sales growth. This role involves working closely with local distributors, retail networks, and consumers to ensure the brand's products are available, visible, and performing well in the marketplace. While collaborating across all teams to build Mexico Commercial Strategy, budget, allocations, distributor management and investment model. Plan and coordinate events including winemaker visits, seminars, and brand initiatives to strengthen relationships and elevate brand positioning. Build trade marketing programs by delivering tools, assets, and activations aligned with global strategies to support distributors and drive sales.

Responsabilidades

1 Mexico Annual Business plan: in line with regional's commercial strategy. Align with business partners, and assure correct implementation throughout the year (correct phasing). Consider target volumes, margins, product mix, channel strategies, shipments, lead times.

2 Identify new business and growth opportunities within Mexico (RTM / white spaces / NPDs) by analyzing portfolio, competitive sets, competitors (per channel, per region, per product focus), in order to expand distribution, market share, and build a stronger platform for future business. Maintain an updated building blocks status.

3 Continuous evaluation of Mexico current distributors to ensure we have the optimal distributor partner for each brand of the portfolio and Align cross-functional teams internally and with distributors to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans, sales and marketing initiatives, and to optimize resources.

4 Commercial Agreements and legal comunications: Lead of the communication with legal for the renewal, update and cancelation of Mexico contracts

5 Shipments: Lead of the communication with the Customers, FF, Warehouse and logistics experts to manage the shipments aligned to the phasing and ensure the financial NSV targets.

6 Demand and Supply: Align Mexico needs with Demand & Supply, including the monthly and quarterly revisions, allocation process, product availablity, Discontinuation and Rationalizations and production schedules. Support commercial & Marketing on the allocation process and financial impact.

7 Pricing Strategy: Review Mexico pricing strategy aligned to maketing and commercial cosnidering competitive set, brand positioning and logistics variables, to responsibly implement increases and make the COGs increase analysis and imapct on the regional P&L

8 Phasing Analysis and monthly profitability: Based on Mexico market trends, business needs and financial goals align the regional phasing for NSV, Revenue, MKT Spend and SG&A Spend to have a positive EBIT

9 Customer Credit line and management: Work together with customers to have credit lines updated and in time, payments, invoicing and terms.

10 Acurral management : Management of phasing and execution of marketing budgets, including accruals and control the imapct in the monthly P&L as well as in the annual landing.
