• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management and/or 6+ years' experience in supply chain. MBA Preferred. • Preferred to be bilingual in English and Spanish to interact with diverse team and key stakeholders • Proven knowledge of standard planning concepts, practices, and procedures within the CPG, preferably Beverage Alcohol, industry. • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from Commercial, Supply Chain, finance, and digital. • Talent management experience and demonstrated results in managing and developing a team of strong skilled professionals required. • Experience leading transformational change initiatives Planning Expertise • 4+ Proven experience in supply planning methodologies • Expert knowledge of inventory management and production planning principles • Financial modeling experience • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and working capital • Deep understanding of technology enablement and current technology planning tools (i.e. o9, Blue Yonder, SAP). Experience with capacity planning and constraint-based planning tools. • High level of business acumen is required, including the knowledge and ability to have an E2E holistic perspective. • Comfortable with process discipline and process adherence, and able to identify and take opportunities to develop, further and strengthen a process

The Manager, Supply Planning is a leadership role responsible for driving service excellence, cost optimization, and working capital efficiency through effective supply planning within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role oversees end-to-end production, distribution, inventory and customer requirement delivery, to deliver measurable improvements in service levels, cost reduction, and inventory optimization across the integrated supply chain network, directly supporting division strategic objectives through the ability to provide scenario planning that mitigates risks and identifies opportunities. The Manager, Supply Planning, will need to demonstrate strong leadership and development capabilities, sound decision-making ability in complex, dynamic environments, excellence in stakeholder management and communication and strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

1 Strategic Supply Planning Value Creation • Monthly Supply Planning: Develop and execute tactical supply plans that meet demand requirements and achieve Beer division targets for service, cost, and working capital, fostering collaboration across all S&OP stakeholders. • Supply Plan Ownership: Own the creation of optimized monthly network supply plans ensuring continuous, efficient finished goods supply while minimizing inventory and maximizing resource utilization. • Network & Inventory Optimization: Continue to balance monthly demand requirements with the network optimization and inventory management strategies, managing exceptions Prepared by: Eric Hislop Date Updated: 7.11.25 Job Profile (Filled by HR): Manager, Supply Planning Job Code (Filled by HR): 991426 Compensation Grade (Filled by HR): 17 Position Summary (In one phrase describe the purpose of the job position, main reason to exist) Responsibilities / Duties (What does the position do? Human Resources - Beer Operations 2 to balance cost efficiency, service levels, and working capital, adapting to evolving demand and supply constraints. • Cost Reduction & Process Improvement: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements through based on latest demand trends. • Strategic Scenario Analysis: Drive decision-making across cross functional stakeholders by defining, modeling, and presenting multiple supply scenario factors in capacity constraints and changing market demands. • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment among manufacturing, warehousing, and suppliers through effective participation in IBP Supply Review & related activities, and facilitate crossfunctional collaboration across internal and external partners (e.g., Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement Demand Planning, Ops Finance). • Leadership & Team Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in urgency, continuous improvement, and accountability, while empowering and developing both direct and cross-functional teams. Performance Management: Set clear performance objectives, monitor results, and drive KPI improvements in working capital (Distributor/DC Inventory DOH, inventory turns, actual vs. target) and service (OTIF, Out-of-Stocks).

2. S&OP Supply Review • Support the monthly supply review process, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of supply capabilities, constraints, and risks using exception management. • Drive the development of supply scenarios that balance service levels, cost, and risk, incorporating input from all relevant stakeholders. • Drive resolution of supply-demand mismatches through collaborative problem-solving sessions with key stakeholders, utilizing data driven decision making. o Collaborate with Demand Planning to reconcile supply capabilities with demand forecasts o Work closely with Procurement to ensure material availability and supplier capacity alignment o Coordinate with Manufacturing and Logistics leadership to optimize capacity utilization and network efficiency o Align with Brewing team to optimize brewing plan with supply plan • Drives data and metric driven Supply Planning process, reviews post-game performance results with S&OE intel, and works with peers and team to drive KPI improvements (i.e., plan adherence, accuracy, value add) for supply planning effectiveness

3. Continuous Improvement: • Continuously evolve team workload to adjust ways of working to best fit newly learned methods and/or enhanced team capabilities, ensuring objectives, deliverables and expectations for the team are clear, concise and delivered on time. • Implement standard operating procedures for Supply planning activities across the S&OP horizon in partnership with Advanced Planning. • Create a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing processes to identify gaps and find solutions, using a continuous improvement mindset in support of the team and cross functional partnerships performance
