Resumen
Customer facing, facilitate the execution of HR strategy for Mexico City employees. Provides functional support to his/her respective client groups - SEF and W&S, employees located in Mexico City. Ensure and excellent level of service to accomplish the variety of HR internal processes. Support HR processes specific projects, taking care of employees needs at the same time as he/she takes care of business and strategical interests.
Responsabilidades
1 HR Business partner for SEF and W&S employees located in Mexico City, hearing the needs of the area or employees helping them figure out first options for the solution with the aim of provide the path forward and re directing needs/next steps with COEs accordingly to the HR global processes. Examples: new hires, terminations, salary changes, promotions or performance improvement process. In compliance with our internal policies. Procuring both department and organizational needs. Providing input to the HR Sr. manager when situations need to go by an exception or to make decision on HR related processes.
2 Follow up the HC planning for each of the departments the generalist supports. Sit with department leaders to manage timing on hiring and strategy for the best management of the team.
3 Analysis creator for promotion, salary changes, or lateral movements: as well as org design cases. Create proposals with accurate and timely information to be used on important argumentation with the business, in compliance with our internal policies. Procuring both department and organizational needs.
4 Responsible for the preparation for any employee termination for SEF and W&S (Dismissal or Resignation). Responsible for severance payment with interaction payroll, creating all documentation needed and ensuring every amount and detail is correct. Also responsible for executing final process on the end date for resignations and the exit interview.
5 Support compliance audits quarterly, ensuring we are meeting company expectations regarding documentation and follow up in process. With the support of internal control.
6 Payroll input provider and execution of HR processes for CIH Holdings entity (incapacities, paid bonus, new hires, promotions, terminations, etc). Ensure correct reporting and reflection of changes in WD. FONACOT payments, INFONAVIT issues, IMSS processes.
7 Design and implementation of cultural initiatives for Mexico City entity from start to end, such as: Mothers and Father's present, Kids Day and Halloween / Día de Muertos celebration.
8 Interacts, aligns and reports all mayor movements, issues, request to SEF HR Senior Director in USA. Ensuring alignment with SEF HR global strategy and scalation for delicate matters.
