Position Summary
The Analyst, Wine & Spirits FP&A, will be a key contributor in executing tactical financial planning and analysis activities across the Wine & Spirits division. This role will support all sales channels as needed and play an integral part in maintaining financial systems and calendars, building reports, and supporting key planning processes.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and systems-capable, with a focus on process execution, data accuracy, and continuous support for planning cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recurring FP&A processes such as monthly close reporting, rolling forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range planning
- Coordinate and manage the FP&A calendar to ensure timely execution of key deliverables
- Assist in preparing and distributing standard reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses
- Support the transition to OneStream for planning and reporting, including building and maintaining standard reports and packages
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and outputs
- Assist in improving reporting efficiency through process enhancements and standardization
- Support consolidation of financial inputs across teams and channels
- Collaborate with Accounting and other corporate functions to align on timelines and reporting requirements
- Perform ad hoc data pulls and financial analyses to support business decisions and reviews
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring reports and processes
Core Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented, analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP BPC, OneStream, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Clear communicator and dependable collaborator with a service-oriented approach
- Proactive and adaptable in managing tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or similar roles
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP BPC, OneStream, or other planning tools preferred
- Familiarity with GAAP and standard financial reporting principles
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including domestic travel as needed

The salary range for this role is:
$61,700.00 - $90,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
