This is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. Extra hours and weekend work is required during the vintage season Feb - March.

  • Assist with the cellar operations around blending, fining, clarification, preparation and despatch
  • Following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting, etc
  • Harvest operations, including supervising, crushing and pressing
  • Execute day-to-day cellar operations using SOPs and winery systems

Your Grape Qualities

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a winery or working harvest.
  • A reasonable level of fitness, as harvest requires 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
  • A current driver's licence, forklift certified preferred
  • A practical, organised mindset with good attention to detail
