Your Opportunity

Not sure what's next for your career? Passionate about wine? Dive into our Cadetship Programme!

This 12-month adventure lets you explore viticulture and winemaking, earning while you learn. Spend 6 months in the winery, crafting the final product and 6 months in the vineyards, getting hands-on with nature and machinery. Gain invaluable skills and knowledge in a real-world environment, mentored by industry experts.

Many of our successful team members and leaders started as Cadets and have since grown throughout the business. Are you ready to grow grapes and your career?

About You

• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and try something new
• Mechanical and numerical abilities
• Minimum of current Restricted driver's license (we'll teach you how to drive the tractor)
