Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting critical forecasting & planning processes for the Beer National Accounts Off Premise sales organization. Working closely with the larger National Accounts Operations team and cross-functional partners, this individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development of chain forecasts for Innovation items and other priorities throughout the year. Responsibilities include the set-up of related tools & processes, collection & analysis of sales data, validation of outputs, and ongoing sales support and training. They will also enable execution and achievement of business objectives by enhancing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication & integration of chain plans across the business, monitoring the team's performance to forecast, identifying potential opportunities or risks, and elevating actionable insights to key stakeholders.
This individual will report directly to the Director, Business Unit Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Spring/Fall innovation forecasting for National Accounts, including both Top-Down and Bottoms-up processes

- Co-own overall forecasting process, timeline & deliverables with Director
- Lead set-up & maintenance of templates and forecasting tools (i.e. Anaplan) on behalf of National Accounts
- Draft related communications & provide training/support to National Account sales team as needed to build effective forecasts
- Collaborate with SET and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to commercial processes and key timelines
- Create forecast roll-ups & provide change analyses
- Assist in forecast review & validation, identifying potential risks or opportunities
- Support validation of localized forecasts in partnership with SET
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting tools & processes with the goal of maximizing accuracy while also simplifying the experience for Sales stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years' experience working in a sales/market analysis or operations/forecasting position. Bev Alc industry or CPG experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to provide reporting & multi-level analyses. Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights & recommendations.
- Must have knowledge & experience with business information reporting and planning tools. Demonstrated ability to learn internal software applications and specialized tools is required. Experience in product management and/or technical familiarity with tools (e.g. building & maintaining data models or dashboards within systems like Anaplan or IQ/Business Intelligence tools) strongly preferred.
- Must have previous experience with collecting and analyzing sales data and insights from multiple sources and creating persuasive summaries & support tools based on findings.
- Must be precise, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Must take initiative and work with a high level of professionalism.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work with a variety of individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrates a high degree of critical thinking skills and flexibility.
- Ability to skillfully use software applications including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Ability to utilize business information reporting tools, including Power BI, Circana, Nielsen, and various internal data tools.

- Must be able to move up to 55 lbs.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time.
- The primary work environment is a professional corporate office and in trade.
- Must have a valid driver's license, be able to drive a car and travel via plane/train as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years or age.

The salary range for this role is:
$94,400.00 - $144,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
