• Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Resumen
The Analyst, Customer Financial Services is responsible for executing, coordinating, and suggesting optimization of the processes related to customer credits, debits, journal entries, and price promotion management for Wine & Spirits and Beer divisions in a global sales finance environment. The role ensures strict compliance with corporate policies, accuracy in financial transactions, and timely resolution of pricing and master data issues. This position plays a key role in supporting revenue management objectives, maintaining healthy customer financial relationships, and supporting continuous process improvement within sales finance operations.
Responsabilidades
• Credit & Debit Processing - Manage end-to-end processing of customer credit and debit requests, ensuring accuracy, documentation completeness, and adherence to company financial policies and approval matrices.
• Approval Matrix Compliance - Validate credit/debit approvals against global standards, escalating exceptions as necessary.
• Journal Entries & G/L Reclassifications - Prepare journal entry reclassification requests from divisional Sales Finance teams, ensuring proper accounting treatment in SAP systems.
• Promotion and Pricing Support - Assist Wine & Spirits and Beer Sales Finance teams with KPI reporting, historical request backup, and clarification for monthly DA/OPS trackers.
• Internal Training & Support - Provide guidance and training for associates on credit/debit request procedures, ensuring adoption of best practices.
• Audit & Compliance Activities - Perform process audits to ensure proper credit/debit request handling; conduct segregation-of-duties reviews for Sales Finance and Price Promotion Management (PPM) activities.
• Invoice Management - Code and approve SAP Ariba invoices based on business needs.
• Error Investigation & Resolution - Research and resolve discrepancies in credits/debits, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely corrections.
• Pricing Structure Review - Review, approve, or reject changes in Vistaar Price Structures, providing clear rationale when rejecting proposals.
• Master Data Maintenance - Interpret CIFs (Customer Information Forms) and CCPs (Customer Change Processes) to maintain accurate customer records in VIP PPM systems.
• Dispute Resolution - Use VIP and pricing reports to investigate PPM-related disputes, determine corrective actions, and close cases within established timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales Finance, IT, and Sales teams to identify, investigate, and resolve pricing and system-related issues.
• Pricing, Billing, & Compliance Assistance - Support ad-hoc needs for pricing, billing, and compliance related duties.
• Email Queue Administration - Monitor and manage the SFcredits@cbrands.com inbox, triaging incoming requests for prioritization and timely processing.
• Deadline Management - Partner with divisional finance and commercial teams to meet monthend close requirements for credits, debits, and PPM system updates.
