This is a remote position and can be based in a home office anywhere in the Grand Rapids, MI, metro area.

Job Summary

As Sales Analyst, you will maintain data and reporting to support our Meijer sales team, supporting iconic brands across our portfolio such as Duncan Hines, Orville Redenbacher, PAM and Vlasic. You will gather data through multiple sources to create reports to support sales reviews, customer business reviews, trends, pricing, and item distribution, while driving insights and action items. You will also assist with trade management and forecasting. You will report to the Sales Director on our Meijer sales team.

Your Impact:

Contract Management

  • Create, track, submit, and adjust contracts
  • Input the annual business plan and maintain trade events in the Trade Management tool
  • Update the New Distribution Funding tool

Finance & Analytics

  • Help with investigations and documentation of post-audits
  • Use syndicated data (i.e. Circana) and appropriate tools to identify trends in market share and distribution to drive the business
  • Monitor Customer Service Center accuracy with trade events
  • Research deductions
  • Report and analyze on planned versus volume variances by using trade event analysis reporting

Administrative

  • Order samples and manage rack and shelving units
  • Maintain the RW3 distribution list
  • Create and maintain the customer contact list
  • Maintain system updates (Unified Grocers' System, Account Distribution List)
  • Coordinate meetings with Customer Business Managers

Retail/Sales

  • Acquire ad circulars (AdView)
  • Enter Display Ready Unit commitments in the tracker and update shipper forecast
  • Create and update standardized reports using raw data
  • Provide current sales trend information and analysis to support development of the team's customer plan

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ year of experience in a broker or sales support role or equivalent internship experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables , v-lookup, formulas and slicers to manage large datasets

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
