Procurement Manager
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Procurement Excellence, you'll lead and manage strategic sourcing activities for a variety of indirect categories which could include Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Facilities, etc. You will lead strategic sourcing events including collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to different levels of management across the organization on opportunities, risks, and prioritization of investments. You will be responsible for contract & price negotiations across all segments, and lead category management including category spend analytics, multi-year strategic sourcing roadmaps, acquiring and educating the enterprise on markets, suppliers and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage RFx process, including project management, development of RFx, negotiations and award process to select suppliers to ensure competitive market advantage, leverage spend, improve performance and reduce costs.
- Responsible for contract review, drafting and creation of different agreements, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, and Statement of Works and facilitating all aspects of contract negotiations across multiple risk control functions (ie. Legal. Privacy, Risk) and ongoing contract administration.
- Recommend programs to management by studying trends, and developments offered by other organizations.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and consultants to enhance value and innovation.
- Support and monitor supplier adherence to contracts, manage suppliers through supplier activity reporting and business/performance reviews, support and conduct supplier scorecards, supplier rationalization and demand management opportunities.
- Strategize, build a partnership plan, and lead essential negotiations.
- Communicate with senior leaders on matters of strategic importance.
- Understand the legal, technical, and commercial aspects of contracts.
- Guide efficiency opportunities, including working capital plans.
- Foster relationships with partners. Understand goals and needs and influence decisions to provide value to internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing industry insight and ensure that strategies are up to date for all major spend areas.
- Use strategic approaches to crease business relationships and creative structured to accomplish best value.
- Think through processes and relationship scenarios and advise your team on value added approaches.
- Maintain accurate and complete contract records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years of experience procuring products and services
- Understanding of marketing / brand processes
- Background in legal contract knowledge
- Project Management experience
- Presentation experience
- Experience in negotiations
- Experience in supplier development, diversity, risk management, performance management, category management and RFx development and execution

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
