Business Services Analyst - GBS COE

You will report to the GBS COE Manager. The objective of this role will be to assist the GBS organization in developing automated processes and technology enhancements for manual tasks being performed now, in addition to providing solutions for our challenges that arise in our ever-changing environment

You Will (Position Responsibilities):

• Build relationships with business customers and IT teams.

• Interpret data with various levels of problem solving and ability to tell a story of the results

• Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions

• Design reporting metrics; provide analysis that moves action / resolution

• Participate in problem resolution that improves business processes

• Accommodate customer requests

• Design business processes and recommend improvements

• Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues

You Have (Position Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree required in business or technology related field

• 3+ years of experience

• Experience within an Agile Methodology framework. (Jira experience)

• Analyze requirements and integrate them into important business intelligence processes

• Technical skills that allows for ease in learning the latest business processes, data models and technology solution tools

• Proficient in writing SQL queries to perform data analysis and produce reports for business usage.

• Hands-on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)

• Exposure to ERP applications, (SAP R3, S4, BI and Business Objects)

• Exposure to Cloud Analytics Tools, such as Snowflake or Databricks

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software experience including UiPath

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
