A role you will love

We are now looking for an experienced talent to join our client service team in Beijing. This role is an individual contributor to the business but may coach less experienced people.

The Supervisor, is primarily responsible for handling more complex tasks, and auditing basic operation tasks done by Client Service Associate and Senior Associate. Supervisor will also assist team leaders with supervising and training associates and senior associates, therefore beginning to gain exposure in team management and leadership responsibilities.

Some other key accountabilities will include:

  • Carry out more complex plan admin duties in a timely manner and with accuracy, namely
    • Responding to internal/external ad-hoc clients request (more advanced level and difficult routine questions).
    • Plan sponsor communications (routine and ad-hoc tasks).
    • Employee communications (ad-hoc/difficult request).
    • Non-standard trade orders management (manual offline).
    • Data management (large volume with complex process).
    • Website management.
  • Follow direct reporting manager's instruction with updating procedure documents and checklists.
  • Manage small external client projects and internal UATs.
  • Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to conduct auditing of CSAs, SCSAs' work and fulfil the required supervising responsibilities.
  • Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to provide relevant trainings to CSAs and SCSAs in the following area:
    o New hire introductory training
    o Client specific and system/process on job training
  • Host Onsite training sessions (in Mandarin/English) to participants.

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful in this role you will have strong self-learning and time management skills, easy going and pay attention to details. Also, you must be a team player, self-motivation, proven ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision, strong sense of stability at work with Computershare.

Some other key skills required for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or closely related areas. Excellent English and Mandarin required with Cantonese an advantage.
  • At least 2-3 years of data processing / operation service experience in Financial Service industry.
  • Customer focused with excellent communications skills, strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapts to change, willing to take new responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, and Word at an intermediate level.
