SPECIALIST SHARE REGISTER

Location: Olten (Hybrid)

In our Share Register division, we use our extensive expertise and technological solutions to manage the share register for the majority of listed and unlisted companies of various sizes.

A job you will love:

As a Specialist Share Register (m/f/d) in our share register team, your tasks will include the following:

  • Day-to-day, efficient, and error-free management of the assigned share register portfolio
  • Opening and maintaining shareholder master data
  • Registering and deregistering registered shares in the share registers on a manual and electronic basis
  • Modification of name, address and reference data
  • Reconciliation of holdings between the registers and SIX SIS
  • Monitoring, confirmation, and control of electronic orders
  • Preparation of reports for the companies
  • Providing information (verbal, and written) to stakeholders (issuers, banks, and shareholders)
  • Printing, dispatch, and cancellation of physical share certificates
  • Participation in the development of the share register system
  • Supporting the AGM and back office team during the season

Who are we looking for?

- Completed basic commercial training - preferably in a financial services sector

- Several years of professional experience in processing with direct customer contact

- Excellent knowledge of German and English as well as well-written and spoken French

- Rapid comprehension skills as well as an independent and efficient way of working

- Team player with high-quality standards

- Committed, professional demeanour and strong communication skills

- Flexibility and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to put in an above-average performance during our "peak season" from the beginning of March to the end of May

Benefits designed for you

Employee Share Plan. You can use part of your salary to purchase shares in our company. Computershare gives you a further share of company stock free of charge.

Public transport. You will receive a subsidy for a general or annual SBB travel card: max. CHF 900 per year.

Family allowance. The company pays an annual family allowance of CHF 1,800 to all employees who have children up to the age of 20. Paid in 12 equal monthly installments.

Catering. Computershare pays a lunch allowance of CHF 200 per month for each employee.

A selection of free drinks is also provided.

Mortgage interest contribution. Computershare makes an annual contribution of 1% of the mortgage amount up to a maximum of CHF 800,000.

Promotion of home office. With Computershare, you can work from home up to a maximum of 60% of the time.
