A role you will love
As one of our Solutions Architects, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions across hybrid infrastructure, and customer communications. As a technical authority, this role drives architectural standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy. The Solution Architect is client-facing, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and guide technical teams across the full solution lifecycle.

Some key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of key projects, spanning applications, process, infrastructure, and data
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical workshops
- Collaborate with global architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
- Work with teams to design high-quality solutions that are innovative, stable and resilient, whilst conforming to architectural and security standards
- Building excellent relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business or technical areas in the organisation
- Provide architectural oversight and resolve design issues throughout the project lifecycle
What will you bring to the role?
As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for Architecture & Technology and will have the ability provide excellent architectural direction to our teams.
With this role being a key part of our team, you will be experienced in managing and building excellent stakeholder relationships with people at all levels.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Significant experience in a Senior development or architecture role
- Proven experience in client-facing solution design and delivery
- Broad technical expertise across: - Cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Infrastructure and networking - DevOps and CI/CD - Application development (e.g., Perl, Java, C++, web technologies) - Customer Communications Management (CCM)
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS deployments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
