Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Senior Test Analyst to collaborate closely with software development and IT teams within Computershare Technology Services.

A role you will love

As our Senior Test Analyst, you will work within a highly skilled team in an Agile environment. You will have a key influence on Test Scoping, Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Execution.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and execute test automation scripts.
  • Work closely with our Quality Engineers to define and prioritize test cases for automation.
  • Work alongside the scrum team to refine user story requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with the development team to learn the application architecture to identify areas of testing and possibly automation.
  • Work with QA leadership to help define and execute on our automation strategy.
  • Mentor staff level and junior team members on industry leading quality practices including test planning, test case development and test execution including automation.

What will you bring to the role?

Working with cross-functional teams, this role requires agile testing knowledge, technical and programming skills, and a passion for delivering high quality software solutions.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Working knowledge of test automation with the capability of fixing broken test scripts.
  • Basic knowledge around any automation language, C# automation is preferred.
  • Solid experience writing SQL queries to validate data.
  • Experience and knowledge using industry leading quality processes within an agile environment.
  • Knowledge and experience using testing tools for load and performance.
