We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Dealing Associate to join our Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) team, based in our Yarra Falls office. If you're looking for a job that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, you've found the right role.

CPM is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management, and plan design to Plan Manager clients and their individual employee share plan holders.

A role you will love

The Senior Dealing Associate is responsible for monitoring and triaging the day-to-day execution services provided to plan manager clients and their employee share participants, ensuring that all regulatory and market requirements are met.

The Senior Dealing Associate will work closely with Brokers and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all client activity is actioned while providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical support and solutions for new and existing product offerings and services related to Dealing.

In addition, the role holder will also support and contribute to organisational change initiatives specific to all Dealing platforms by driving discovery, deployment and knowledge sharing.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily financial reporting
  • Engage internal stakeholders for all Dealing related products & services
  • Proactively deal with risk controls as required with any functional or process change
  • Effective operational delivery of all Dealing related activities (sales, Purchases, Transfers)
  • Accountable for approval and adherence to all daily transactions and functions

What will you bring to the role?

You will have the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline-driven tasks daily.

Other key skills required include:

  • A strong understanding of dealing regulations
  • Strong organisational and computer skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of trading systems
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven success in managing people to achieve successful outcomes
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Risk management focus with experience identifying and mitigating risk
  • Proven ability to adapt and lead change
  • A strong understanding of Employee Share Plans (preferable)
