A role you will love
We are seeking a detail-oriented Securities Admin Services Analyst II to join our Ongoing Account Management Bond (OAM-Bond) team, with a focus on mortgage-backed securities. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and validating monthly investor payments and reporting. You'll ensure data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and uphold contractual obligations related to investor reporting and payments.
As our Securities Admin Services Analyst II, you will process and transmit money movements associated with loan fundings or security payments. You will review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to established controls and procedures. In this role, you will be required to effectively disseminate moderate to routine information to internal and external partners, as well as collaborate in a team environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling daily cash movements to system or bank activity
- Researching and interpreting all controlling legal documents as issues arise with collateral or bond payments
- Evaluating servicer performance to ensure compliance with stated agreements
- Support the transition of collateral data into downstream bond processing workflows
- Reconcile monthly investor reporting files using internal systems (e.g., LASER), investigate data exceptions, and collaborate with servicers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate remittance and reporting

As a process-driven individual, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting or analysis or Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Undertakes basic tasks and processes in own area of expertise
- Knowledge and experience are gained through some formal training
- Proven ability to analyses information and make independent decisions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing or securitization is a plus

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $40,730 - $61,095. This base pay range is specific to Columbia, MD and may not be applicable to other locations.
