This is a pivotal, end-to-end role that blends strategic sales execution with deep relationship cultivation. You will own the full client lifecycle, from initial identification and strategic market analysis to closing high-value deals and ensuring sustained, high-quality service. Your day will be highly dynamic, challenging you to develop and adapt go-to-market strategies, accurately forecast new business, and serve as the critical interface between our clients and internal teams.   • Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and continuously adapt sales strategies, identify high-potential new clients via data analysis (e.g., Power BI), and accurately manage the new business pipeline in the CRM.
  • Deep Relationship Cultivation: Proactively manage a defined client portfolio, maintaining regular contact, conducting strategic annual reviews, and acting as the central point of contact for all client needs.
  • Consultative Solution Design: Understand individual customer needs, perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, and prepare customized, needs-based proposals.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead complex contract negotiations and secure deals in close collaboration with Legal and cross-functional teams.
  • Maximize Client Value: Identify and implement (or forward) upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase client profitability and loyalty.
  • End-to-End Service Quality: Efficiently handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints in collaboration with internal departments to ensure quick, satisfactory resolution.
  • Performance Reporting: Independently manage and analyse all sales activities via the CRM, monitor customer satisfaction, and provide regular, strategic reports to regional and global management.

What will you bring to the role?

The ideal candidate for this pivotal position is a proven sales professional who combines commercial acumen with a genuine dedication to client partnership. You are a strategic thinker with the emotional intelligence to truly adopt the client's perspective and build long-term trust. We are looking for an assertive, goal-oriented individual with a demonstrable track record in key account management and a solid understanding of our industry. If you are fluent in both English and German, proficient in CRM management, and ready to independently drive significant revenue growth, we want to hear from you.

  • Proven Experience: Several years of dedicated experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Relationship Management preferably within the finance or capital market industry.
  • Educational Foundation: A completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective client engagement and presentation.
  • CRM Proficiency: Solid proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for accurate pipeline and client management.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to understand complex issues, conduct market analysis, and derive decisive strategic plans.
  • Exceptional Sales and Relationship Skills: Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and possess a high level of customer orientation (empathy).
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and an independent, goal-oriented work style coupled with a solid understanding of our industry.
