Technical Operations Relationship Lead
Location: Stockholm, Sweden, Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced client relations professional to join our established team in a dynamic role where you'll work closely with our clients, playing a key part in the success of their general meetings, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
You'll work with clients and stakeholders at all levels, gaining valuable exposure to senior board members and executives-an excellent opportunity to build a high-level profile & professional network.
This role offers real impact and suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You naturally have a flair for working with people, across all levels and be able to adapt your style and approach accordingly. Workloads vary-from busy peaks to quieter periods-so flexibility is essential, including working outside standard hours when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work with developers to improve systems based on client feedback.
- Manage a client portfolio as their main point of contact.
- Monitor timelines to keep projects on track.
- Lead key projects during general meeting season.
What will you bring to the role?
You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver precise, confident solutions, to meet all requirements. Experience with corporate actions or general meetings is a bonus, but not essential-recent graduates in economics, law, or IT would be welcome.
Strong relationship skills and clear, professional communication are essential. You'll collaborate daily with colleagues and clients at all levels, so fluency in Swedish and English is a must. Comfort with digital tools-like Excel and internal platforms-is also key to success.
