Location: Toronto or Richmond Hill, Canada (Hybrid)

Working Hours: 37.5 Weekly, 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our procurement operations. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the integrity and accuracy of our third-party supplier records within the Oracle platform. You'll be responsible for onboarding new suppliers, ensuring all documentation is in place, and maintaining our global standards through strict adherence to our Playbooks and policies. From managing user access and system content zones to coding suppliers accurately within Procurement Categories, your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a high-functioning procurement system.

You'll take ownership of establishing and maintaining purchase order forms-including smart forms, catalogues, and blanket purchase agreements-while ensuring consistency and compliance across the board. You'll also be a key guardian of data integrity, overseeing supplier records and working closely with both internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers throughout the setup process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial system master supplier records
  • Supplier onboarding validations
  • Support the development of the purchase order forms and maintaining these forms
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Supplier analytics as requested
  • Maintain purchasing categories
  • Maintain accurate listing of preparers & requesters
  • Follow all procedures & maintain those that support role
  • Maintain SharePoint dashboard and assigning of work out to CoE team members as necessary
  • Global user administration for office supplies, business cards and new financial system (Oracle)
  • Adding new procurement locations to Oracle
  • Data mapping for punch-out catalogues
  • Maintaining PO Exempt categories
  • Incident management (troubleshooting)
  • Ad-hoc reporting

What will you bring to the role?

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement Administration
  • Project management qualification - or significant experience in this field\
  • Ability to work hours that support global process including weekends

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Financed or Operations
  • Industry certification
