PLAN SPECIALIST
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)
In this position, you'll be based in the Warsaw office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honoured if you are successful in your application, provided that:
- You have a formal accommodation due to a disability, medical or legal reason that enables you to work remotely
- You're a redeployment candidate who is under notice of redundancy
- You were moved to a remote contract as your office was closed

A role you will love
You will be responsible for plan management tasks in the compensation area including administration and maintenance of plan events and resulting transactions for Awards, Funds, Pensions, Purchase Plans and Tax-at-Vest's. A further task of the Global Plan Manager is the timing of processes, and the close observation thereof to identify delivery issues, problems and drawing valid conclusions. In your role you will also own and develop the standardized and tailor made processes. To include but not limited to:
- Key tasks include both plan and process management as a highly critical function for smooth client service delivery in daily business operations
- Main responsibility is the provision of administrative services for Equity compensation plans for international corporate clients with the proprietary web-based platform EquatePlus of Equatex
- End-to-end responsibility for specific client events in the lifecycle of the equity and deferred plan administration as well as day-to-day plan and data maintenance on the administration platform EquatePlus for assigned corporate client relationships and processes
- Structured planning, processing and monitoring of company plan related events and/or transactions
- Ensuring quality of operational and technical services within the Compliance and Risk framework
- Analysing clients' plans and development of comprehensive solutions in close cooperation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to setup system configuration and underlying processes (under professional supervision and advise of an experienced Senior Client Service Manager
What will you bring to the role?
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with various (virtual) teams and line/functional managers across the organization
- Organizational skills coupled with hand-on pragmatic approach and performance orientation
- Self-starter with high energy level, working effectively as a team player
- Ability to handle high volume in a fast paced environment is essential
- Proficiency in MS office such as Excel, SQL, knowledge and good understanding of deferred compensations & benefits and pensions schemes is advantage.
