A role you will love

As the People Governance Analyst, you will ensure governance and controls are in place and operating effectively across our People Services & Delivery processes and procedures. Assist with implementing and managing the BAU control framework, ensuring changes are reflected and quality checks are performed, documented, and reviewed with control owners.

Some of your key responsibilities will include

  • Identify risks and error trends in manual and automated processes. Ensuring they are documented and raised with risk and control owners
  • Perform quality control checks on critical processes in line with payroll cut-offs and key dates to minimize risk
  • Ensure all BCP, compliance and audit activities are completed on time and in line with business requirements.
  • Assist with implementing and managing an effective global control framework across our People systems, processes, and policies. Including BCP, Risk, Audit and Compliance activity.
  • Coach and develop People Services & Delivery teams on effective control and data privacy management; ensuring ACE is accurate
  • Co-ordinate internal and external audit requests
  • Support with critical vendor reviews, documenting changes and ensuring governance frame-work is in place and working effectively
  • Build relationships across PS&D and related teams and work along side MI team in order to obtain data and provide insights
  • Support People function projects ensuring governance is applied to all new processes and procedures

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong Excel experience (Preferred)
  • Analytical and savvy
  • Investigative and research driven
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate superior teamwork
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple priorities with competing deadlines
