Location: London or Bristol, UK (Hybrid)
This is a hybrid position primarily based in either London or Bristol. This opportunity sits within the Oracle Cloud Technology Team, a key part of Computershare's Shared Services CIO function. As a member of this team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions that support our global People and Finance functions - enabling seamless operations for thousands of employees across 22 countries.
The Oracle Cloud Technology Team provides end-to-end services across:
- Solution Architecture & Analysis: Designing scalable, secure, and future-ready systems that align with business strategy.
- Change Delivery & Development: Driving enhancements and new capabilities through agile development and structured change management.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Delivering actionable insights and reporting tools that empower data-driven decisions.
- Production Support: Ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of Oracle Cloud applications through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Cloud Operations: Managing and optimising our cloud infrastructure to maintain efficiency, security, and scalability.

We're seeking a strategic and technically adept ERP architect to take ownership of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform at the heart of our global finance operations. This is a high-impact role for a forward-thinking professional who thrives on shaping enterprise systems that drive performance, scalability, and innovation.
As the principal authority on the ERP roadmap, you'll ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and long-term technology strategy. You'll work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, design forward-looking solutions, and lead continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, championing Oracle best practices and evaluating emerging product capabilities. You'll guide delivery teams to implement robust, compliant, and efficient solutions that elevate both operational performance and user experience.

Key accountabilities:
- ERP Ownership: Lead the strategic direction and architecture of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform.
- Roadmap Leadership: Align ERP roadmap with business strategy, finance transformation, and Oracle's evolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Finance and senior stakeholders to identify priorities and improvement areas.
- Solution Design: Deliver scalable, compliant ERP solutions that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Oracle Expertise: Stay current on Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities to assess and apply new features.
- Techno-Functional Leadership: Provide expert guidance across functional and technical ERP domains.
- Delivery Oversight: Ensure quality execution across change, development, and support teams.
- Governance & Compliance: Uphold ERP governance, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for a seasoned professional with strategic insight and technical ability with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of architectural insight, hands-on experience, and stakeholder engagement. They should be confident leading ERP solution design, guiding delivery teams, and aligning technology with business goals - particularly within finance environments. A proactive mindset, Oracle certification, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in complex enterprise settings are essential. Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion ERP certification in one or more relevant modules (e.g. Financials, Procurement, Technical Consultant).
- Proven experience in ERP architecture and solution ownership within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of finance operations and integration between ERP and HCM systems.
