A Role You Will Love

As an Operations Clerk III (Clerk III) you will play an integral part in the Imaging and Mail Services team within our Corporate Trust (CCT) organization. This department serves as an extension of the lines of business across CCT in the administration of their various products and services. Our goal is to enhance control, improve processes, and provide services that are consistent where possible and custom where necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operate the mail meter machine, handheld package scanner, and the photocopier/scanner
  • Maintain records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information
  • Package, weigh, and process outgoing items including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Priority Mail to meet service level agreements.
  • Research unidentifiable mail
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues

What will you bring to the role?

This position is on the Mailroom team within our Corporate Trust (CCT) organization. In this role you will manage incoming and outgoing mail for CCT, perform research on our system of record, and use customer service skills to facilitate communications. The Clerk III is an ideal position to begin, or enhance, your Computershare career!

Other key skills required or preferred for the role include:

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of financial services, customer services experiences, or a BS/BA degree or higher.
  • 1+ year of experience in mail operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office skills - we use MS Forms, MS Planner, Excel, Outlook, and Word daily.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Experience using the BPM custom workflow tool.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to escalate issues as needed.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $39,779 - $45,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
