Computershare has a new and challenging opportunity in our Facilities team. We are currently on the look-out for an Office Attendant to join our team to provide support across various office needs. This role will be based in Wan Chai.
A role you will love
Reporting into the Senior Manager, the Office Attendant covers the full spectrum of office collection and delivery services. In addition, you will be required to handle postal arrangement and courier services.

The role will also involve doing tasks to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations and to support keeping facilities maintained to a high standard of amenity and functionality.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct inspections and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager
- Administration of contractors, consultants, landlords
- Meeting room set ups (which may require assistance from others)
- Other general administrative tasks
What will you bring to the role?
You will have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience with Form 5 and above educational background. Experience in office support will be highly valuable.
You bring basic Microsoft office knowledge and good interpersonal skills. Punctual and self-disciplined individuals are required for the role.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Form 5 or DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
